APPLICATIONS are now open for the Diversity in Agriculture Leadership Program, a national initiative supporting women who want to shape the future of Australian agriculture by providing mentoring, training, and networking opportunities.

Driven by the National Farmers Federation, the Program is committed to fostering a more inclusive and equitable ag sector.

This unique initiative connects and empowers leaders to elevate their careers, expand their networks, and drive meaningful change within the industry.

Focused on preparing participants for senior leadership, the program is tailored to suit the unique needs and schedules of those committed to driving positive change.

Each year, a select group of 12 participants takes part, allowing for a personalised experience that hones individual strengths, supports career aspirations, and addresses key challenges in agriculture.

The annual program started in 2018, with former graduates now strongly represented in upper management and board roles across the industry.

Since its inception, 89 inspiring graduates have gone on to become CEOs, entrepreneurs, board members, community advocates, and industry leaders. Their success highlights the power of this program in shaping the future of agriculture.

The program is open to women looking for the next step in their leadership journey and have a vested interest in the Australian agricultural sector.

Applicants are welcomed from across all parts of the agricultural sector who are ready to make a difference.

This year’s applications close 6 April.
