What an achievement, that this has come to where it is now, in less than ten years. The words ‘deserving’, ‘entitled’ and ‘appropriate’ do not do justice. Their contribution was always superior, as described in the following verse about the wives of pioneer farmers in Australia –
“they were wife, mother, cleaner and cook,
teacher, seamstress, and keeper of the books,
confidant, adviser, and feeder of chooks,
with precious little time to care for those looks”…………..
