Paraway Pastoral Company is seeking a dedicated and experienced Stud Overseer to join our team at Pooginook Station. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in Merino sheep operations, leadership capabilities, and a passion for genetic advancement and animal welfare.
As the Stud Overseer, you’ll work closely with the Station Manager to lead a small, high-performing team and oversee all day-to-day operations of the Merino stud. Your primary focus will be driving genetic progress through excellent stock management, accurate data collection, and the implementation of best-practice husbandry techniques. In the absence of the Station Manager, you will work collaboratively with the Property Operations Overseer to ensure the station continues to run smoothly.
