Faulkner Farming is currently seeking a motivated and capable Senior Farm Hand/Operator to join our team at The Watermark Aggregation, a large-scale farming operation located in NSW.
This hands-on role is integral to the daily operations of the farm and involves a wide range of activities including cropping, machinery operation, fencing, maintenance and harvesting. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in broadacre farming, strong mechanical aptitude, and a proactive, safety-first attitude. Key Responsibilities: Assist with seeding, spraying, and harvesting operations; Operate and maintain various types of agricultural machinery; Perform general farm maintenance, including machinery, fencing and infrastructure repairs; Maintain accurate records and contribute to a safe and efficient working environment; Assist in the management and paddock movements of cattle.
