Our client operates a family-owned mixed livestock business, primarily focusing on sheep, on a 1,600-hectare farm near the small rural township of Caramut, Victoria.
As Senior Farm Hand you should be well-versed in animal husbandry, have a passion for the agricultural industry, and possess pasture management experience while seeking long-term stability. Additionally, you should demonstrate the following attitudes: Possess a current driver’s license; A team of trained working dogs that can calmly manage sheep is required; Maintain a positive attitude, along with excellent communication and organisational skills; Exhibit a strong work ethic, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a keen attention to detail; Be self-driven and prepared to work independently while effectively collaborating within a small team.
