We are currently seeking an energetic and positive Operations Manager with a passion for animal welfare to join our expanding business based at our feeding facility near Moora, WA. You will lead the routine care and feeding of cattle kept in the feeding facility and oversee the operational process of the feeding facilities. Your primary responsibility will be the operations of the feeding facility and ensuring the operational deliverables and staff are managed in accordance with Harvest Road’s quality, safety and animal welfare policies and procedures. You will ensure that proper husbandry techniques and feeding programs are in place to promote optimal growth.
