Non Executive Director – Australian Grain Technologies (AGT)

GRDC appoints three nominee directors to the AGT Board, one of whom is then appointed by the AGT Board as Chair. This position is to replace one of those directors, whose term expires on 31 December. GRDC are looking for candidates that will result in the board having a combination of expertise and experience in the following areas. This includes strategy development and review of governance, financial performance, and operational efficiency across all functions of the business: Australian crop production systems; Plant science & breeding; Industry knowledge and connections; Commercialisation of R&D; Field crop value chain & marketing.
