National Sales Manager – Agricultural Machinery

Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, the National Sales Manager is responsible for leading KELLY’s sales strategy across Australia. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external dealers to drive performance, hit growth targets, and expand market share. This is a hands-on leadership role that blends strategic thinking with field-level engagement. You’ll build dealer capability, coach your team, and represent KELLY with professionalism and impact across the network. Key Responsibilities: Lead and execute national sales plans; Build strong, productive relationships with dealer partners; Equip and train the channel to maximise product performance and sales outcomes; Collaborate across operations, marketing, supply chain, and product.
