They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Livestock Manager to play a pivotal role in their operations and contribute to their continued success.
As the Livestock Manager, you will be a key member of the leadership team, reporting directly to the Director / CEO. Your primary focus will be on strategically managing all aspects of livestock procurement, ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and consistent supply. You will lead and mentor a team of buyers, cultivate strong relationships with sellers and industry partners, and identify new opportunities for growth. This role requires a proactive individual with exceptional negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
