The North Australian Pastoral Company (NAPCo), a long-established and highly respected organisation in the beef industry, is seeking a commercially astute HR Manager to step into a 15-month parental leave cover role (with potential to extend or convert to permanent).
Reporting directly to the CEO and sitting on the Leadership Team, this role is both strategic and hands-on. You’ll work across a diverse workforce of 230+ staff spanning QLD and the NT on remote cattle stations, a feedlot and farm, and a collaborative corporate office in Brisbane. You’ll lead a capable team and focus on workforce relations, enterprise agreement planning, and strategic HR delivery across the business.
