The General Manager plays a pivotal leadership role within the business, reporting directly to the CEO and sitting on the Senior Leadership Team. Responsible for the full operational and commercial performance of the portfolio, you will lead a geographically dispersed team of Farm Managers and operational staff to deliver against the company’s strategic and financial targets. You will be accountable for the delivery of well-structured asset management plans, drive continuous improvement, and bring a sharp focus to pasture management, performance and the integration of carbon and biodiversity outcomes.
