Our client operates a well-established avocado farming business across two properties in Western Australia, covering 150 hectares of high-quality Hass avocado orchards. They are seeking a skilled and experienced Farm Manager to lead operations and drive long-term success.
As the Farm Manager, you will oversee all day-to-day farm operations, including irrigation, pest and disease control, production, harvesting, and infrastructure maintenance. You will play a crucial role in orchard development and strategic planning, collaborating closely with the business owners and team members to drive efficiency and profitability. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong operational expertise, staff management skills, and a passion for horticulture.
