Karowara Pty Ltd is a family owned business operating across 4 properties in the Naracoorte and Victorian border region. The Assistant Farm Manager position offers a diverse role, based on a 908 ha property at Poolaijelo in Victoria.
The Assistant Farm Manager is a full-time position. The candidate will be experienced working with sheep and cattle, with general cropping experience an advantage. This role supports our Farm Operations Manager in conjunction with the rest of our farm team. The Assistant Farm Manager will be responsible for routine farm operations, including pasture maintenance and livestock husbandry (black Angus cattle and White Suffolk/Merino sheep), feeding livestock and monitoring/maintaining stock water.
