FOLLOWING on from the success of the Australian Meat Processor Corporation’s inaugural Innovation Showcase in 2022, a second event will be held later this year.
This year’s event will be held in Brisbane in September and will bring together red meat processors and industry participants from across Australia to experience new innovative ideas and technologies from AMPC’s research and development providers and learn from world-class speakers working in the red meat industry globally.

The two-day event will be held on Wednesday and Thursday 10 and 11 September at the Brisbane Convention Centre. It will continue the 2022 theme of ‘The future of red meat processing’ highlighting the importance of adopting innovative solutions to build a stronger and more sustainable red meat processing industry.
AMPC chief executive officer Chris Taylor said the 2025 AMPC Innovation Showcase would give red meat processors the opportunity to see, feel, and touch R&D solutions so that they can think about how to adopt these technologies within their own businesses.
The major partner for the 2025 Showcase is global supply chain traceability service provider Lumachain. Lumachain CEO and founder Jamilla Gordon said his company had partnered with AMPC and some of Australia’s leading processors on a range of projects that are helping transform the industry globally, including using AI and enhanced traceability to help showcase Australian red meat products to the world.
The supporting partner sponsoring the industry dinner is Multivac. Multivac national sales manager Tony Anevski said Multivac shared a common goal with AMPC of supporting all processors in the red meat industry, helping businesses streamline operations, improve efficiency, and maintain the highest quality from start to finish.
The supporting partner sponsoring the welcome dinner is Impetus animal welfare. Impetus CEO Michael Patching said, partnering with AMPC aligned with his company’s commitment to driving innovation in the red meat industry.
“AMPC’s focus on optimising stakeholder capabilities resonates with our mission to leverage cutting-edge technologies like AI, integrated with CCTV cameras and sensors, to enhance efficiency and elevate industry standards. Together, we’re paving the way for smarter, more sustainable meat processing solutions.”
More information on the program and tickets will be released in March.

Could some kind person give me the email of companies, that I can write to, to enquire about meat processing and the export of Aussie beef.
I sincerely thank you.
