THE annual GroWQ Innovation Expo is returning this July offering landholders a glimpse into the latest innovations and their practical applications.

Last year, the expo attracted 180 landholders from across Qld, with more expected to show up this year.

Organised by GroWQ, a not-for-profit member-based group supporting agribusiness in Western Qld, the event will run on Thursday, July 25th, with a demonstration morning following on Friday, July 26th, at the Longreach Showgrounds.

This year’s expo promises to showcase cutting-edge developments and practical solutions tailored for livestock producers. Highlights include:

  • Genomic Breeding Developments by Neogen: Attendees can learn about advancements in genomic breeding that promise to enhance livestock quality and productivity.
  • Drones for Livestock Mustering by SkyKelpie: A live demonstration of drones efficiently mustering livestock, showcasing the future of farm management.

Additionally Jack Carmody will be presenting at the Expo after an epic journey from Laverton, Western Australia. As the creator of the popular YouTube channel “Jack Out The Back,” Jack offers a captivating and insightful look into the challenges and triumphs of
