Quality was mixed with mostly local cattle penned alongside one large consignment of high content heifers from NSW.

Despite additional orders from Western Queensland prices remained firm on last week. A smaller yarding of prime cattle also saw similar prices.

There were too few heavy feeder steers to reliably quote. A pen of very good quality light weight restockers heifers to join sold to 468.2c with most around 354c, up 14c.
