Yarding 7147 Change -353
Cattle numbers fell slightly, down by 353 head to a total yarding of 7,147 at the Roma Store Sale.
Cattle drawn from North and North Western Queensland continue to be present in numbers dominating yarding, and steers accounted for over half of the cattle yarded.
A larger panel of buyers that included an increase in feedlot and southern buyers was present and all were operating.
Agents advise that the overall quality of the yarding was good and included an increase in heavier cattle this week.
Prices were mostly improved across all categories including all cows.
