Yarding 6006 Change 1635

Cattle were drawn from a wide supply area and with several larger single vendor runs yarded, and the overall quality of the yarding was mixed.

Steers accounted for half of the yarding. A larger buying panel of regular processors, feedlots, and local restockers was present and operating, however the interstate buyer numbers were reduced with most not operating in person.

Prices mostly eased across the yarding, but demand remained firm for quality cattle with price fluctuations reflective of quality variations.
