Yarding 5800 Change -2800
Yarding numbers returned to a usual amount after the previously large penning of cattle. Consignments were drawn from across western Queensland. All the usual restocker, feedlot, and processor buyers were present and operating.
Demand for light weight yearling steers and heifers softened. Meanwhile, demand increased from processors for cows with a large consignment of well-conditioned station bred sorts penned. Overall, it was a very mixed quality yarding of store cattle.
