File picture of selling action at Wodononga.

Numbers declined and so did quality, with buyers having to pick through a very plain offering.

The pick of the vealers made from 360 to 458c/kg.

Yearling trade steers were few and buying competition was sporadic. The bulk selling at 325c to 390c/kg.

The heifer portion sold to some competition making from 324c to 400c/kg.

Secondary medium weight feeder steers suitable to feed, attracted a small group of buyers, making from 390c to 412c/kg. In the export sale not, all processors operated.

Heavy steers sold 13c cheaper to average 342c/kg. Heavy bullocks eased a few cents making from 334c to 378c/kg.

The cow market experienced another price correction of 13c to 19c/kg. The better finished heavy types of cows selling at 275c to 305c/kg.
