Grant Daniel Long Report

Yarding’s at Dalby increased significantly today, with many quality runs of cattle offered. The market was fully firm to dearer across all categories, supported by increased competition as all regular feedlot and meatworks buyers were in attendance.

Heavy bulls and heifers were significantly dearer than last week due to stronger competition. Feeder steers and heifers remained firm, despite an increased number being yarded. Quality weaner steers improved, with weaner steers making over $6, while weaner heifers over 250kg remained firm.
