Dalby sale 13 Oct 2021: Rain pushes restocker lines skywards

Beef Central, 14/10/2021

Yarding 2433 Change -1927

Cattle numbers reduced by 1927 head to 2433 with all the regular processors, feeder operators and a large panel of restockers in attendance and very keen to purchase replacement stock.

With some useful falls of rain across the local supply area and the hope of more to come, prices lifted by up to 50c/kg across several pens of feeder and restocker lines.

The yarding contained well finished crop cattle and quality lines of weaner steers and heifers.

Cattle were drawn from New South Wales, South Australia and Far Western Queensland plus the local supply area.
