Grant Daniel Long report:

Another big yarding in Dalby this week. The usual panel of buyers were present and operating. Overall, the prices couldn’t hold up to the large supply of cattle, however, top lines of cattle still sold very close to last week’s market. Most classes softened up to 5-10c/kg, with second class cattle experiencing significantly reduced rates. Heifers experienced the biggest reduction in prices being back 30c/kg and more in spots. Cows and calves were a highlight, topping out at $2600.
