Six breeds took the centre ring spotlight on day-two of the Landmark Stud Cattle Championships at Beef 2015 on Wednesday.
In the Droughtmaster ring Andrew and Kerri McKenzie from Hamadra Droughtmaster Stud at Bluff exhibited the grand champion bull with Hamadra Express, while Heitiki Gretel from Tim Lloyd’s Heitiki Droughtmaster Stud near Delungra in northern NSW, was named grand champion female.

Grand and Junior champion Santa Gertrudis bull, Gralyn J26 with breeder, John McCarthy, Rosehill Stud, Clifton with Rebecca and Scott Dunlop, Dunlop Santa Gertrudis, Proston.
The grand champion Brangus bull was Duarran Havelock, exhibited by Ian and Ann Galloway, Duarran Brangus, Roma, while Oaklands Mis Csonka from the Oaklands Stud at Kalapa was named grand champion female.
In the Santa Gertrudis ring, the Gralyn stud from Gloucester in NSW paraded the grand champion bull while Scott and Wendy Ferguson’s Glen Oaks exhibited the grand champion female.
Matt and Anna Ahern’s Romagnola Beef Genetics from Roma took both the grand champion bull and female broadribbon honours in the Romagnola judging.
