Administrator – Recruitment, Melbourne Vic

Reporting to the Melbourne Branch Manager with offices also in Sydney, Brisbane and Perth you will liaise across the business, including clients and candidates that are geographically dispersed. You will provide administration support associated with the recruitment process, including completing reference checks, database management, preparing accurate candidate reports, client proposals, organising meetings and coordinating travel. The role will have a general administration focus including receiving in bound calls and coordinating all facets of the day to day running of the office, including managing general email enquiries, managing office supplies and services.
