Our client runs a commercial herd of 800, Spring calving Angus cows, in addition to trading and fattening 1500 steers annually.
As the Assistant Manager you are required to have outstanding knowledge of both the livestock and cropping sectors, with experience in irrigation. With a hands-on approach, you will be responsible for the daily management of staff, implementing tasks in conjunction with the Farm Manager, to achieve daily, weekly and monthly goals. We are seeking an individual with advanced knowledge and experience with cattle and irrigated fodder production who has a mature and respectful approach to both work and life, and who is enthusiastic about the agricultural industry.
