Cavan Station is an historic pastoral enterprise located along the Murrumbidgee River, south of Yass in the NSW Southern Tablelands. Best known as the birthplace of the Saxon Merino – a foundation of Australia’s fine wool industry.
The General Manager is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of the Cavan Group, with oversight of all associated assets. This includes the implementation of regenerative agricultural practices, asset performance management, and the leadership of teams to deliver both financial and environmental outcomes. The successful candidate will be accountable for driving and executing strategic initiatives across these segments for the IAA group. This role may also extend to managing additional assets outside of the Cavan Group.
