Our client is a world-class West Australian Wagyu beef producer and now require a Feedlot Manager to oversee the operations of a 5 to 10,000 head feedlot.
The primary function of this role is to manage the feeding processes to ensure they are both cost-effective and meet the performance outcomes for each cohort and ensure that all cattle in the feedlot are healthy and have a high body condition score. It is a comprehensive role that will involve all aspects of day-to-day operations across the business, including cattle work, cropping work, and various tasks such as general infrastructure maintenance.
