Paraway Pastoral currently operates 27 agricultural enterprises across a number of diversified climatic zones and a range of country types.
As an experienced Business Analyst you will partner and work closely with the General Manager Operations and Station Managers across the Southern Region, analysing multiple and substantial farming aggregations. You will provide key insights and expert analysis on performance ultimately supporting management make informative and accurate decisions and supporting strategic objectives. This role is vital to the region and a genuine link between the business performance and station teams, extracting production context for financial analysis and reporting. The Business Analyst is ideally based at the corporate office in Orange (though flexible arrangements are available) and operates within a team-oriented and proactive environment.
