Southern Gulf NRM is a not-for-profit community-based company responsible for planning and implementation of sustainable Natural Resource Management (NRM) in the southern Gulf of Carpentaria region of North West Queensland.
The Administrative Assistant will assist staff to support the efficient and effective delivery of the Southern Gulf NRM work program. Key duties: Assist staff with administrative tasks such as answering telephone calls, data entry, records management, photocopying, office management, and vehicle maintenance and management; Undertake bookkeeping tasks including, financial data entry, journaling, reconciliations and preparation of routine financial reports; Provide administrative and executive support to the CEO; Provide administrative and executive support to the Board of Directors, including management of board papers, logistical arrangements and minute taking.
