Weaners under 220kg topped at 161c/kg and averaged 136c/kg, while weaner steers in the 220-280kg range reached 173c/kg and averaged 147c/kg. Steers in the 280-350kg range reached 181c/kg and

averaged 155c/kg, and steers in the 350-400kg range reached 173c/kg and averaged 160c/kg. Feeder steers in the 400-550kg range topping at 175c/kg and averaging 163c/kg.

R Ford, Hillcrest, Muckadilla, sold Hereford-cross steers to 181c/kg for 338kg to return $613/head with the consignment averaging 175c for 310kg to make $544.

K & B Halliday, Glencoe, Bollon, sold Charolais-cross steers to 176c for 322kg to return $567 with the consignment averaging 159c for 239kg to make $380.

Bulls up to 400kg reached 140c/kg and average 111c/kg.
