Grant Daniel Long Report
A very large yarding of 9009 head was offered at Dalby. The market held firm on the previous week for heavy slaughter cattle, with heavy kill heifers reaching 390c/kg & heavy kill cows topping at 370c/kg. Quality heavy feeder cattle remained firm, while secondary lines eased. Well-bred weaners sold to strong demand; however, secondary & plainer types were difficult.
