Marble High Wagyu Sale 2026: Celebrating excellence in Australian genetics

Lot 1

About Marble High

Marble High brings together the combined offering of four of Australia’s leading Fullblood Wagyu seedstock programs: Arubial Wagyu, Sahara Park Wagyu, HP Wagyu and Macquarie Wagyu.

Rather than showcasing a single stud, the sale offers commercial and stud breeders the opportunity to access proven genetics from four highly regarded breeding programs in one place.

Across the four studs, the focus is on breeding functional, fertile cattle with elite carcass performance, backed by extensive objective data collection and real-world commercial validation. Together, the programs represent many thousands of registered Fullblood females and decades of genetic selection.

One of the major strengths behind the sale is that these breeding programs don’t simply breed, they also feed and process large numbers of their own progeny. This creates a valuable feedback loop where carcass performance, marbling, growth, feed efficiency and maternal traits can all be measured and fed directly back into breeding decisions. Rather than selecting purely on pedigree or genomics, the emphasis is on proven genetics that consistently perform throughout the supply chain.

About genetics

The four Marble High studs share a common philosophy: producing profitable, predictable Fullblood Wagyu genetics through balanced selection.

The breeding programs place significant emphasis on:

  • Elite marbling performance without compromising growth.
  • Structural soundness, fertility and longevity.
  • Strong maternal traits.
  • Objective performance data including Helical, carcass records and genomic information.
  • Feedlot and processing feedback to validate breeding decisions.

Many of the sale animals descend from some of the most influential Wagyu sire lines while also introducing exciting young genetics that continue to move the breed forward. Buyers will find bulls suited to producing elite seedstock as well as commercially focused sires capable of adding marbling, carcass quality and profitability into crossbreeding programs.

Clients

Marble High attracts both stud and commercial Wagyu breeders from across the globe, with buyers ranging from established seedstock operations through to commercial producers looking to introduce elite Fullblood genetics into their breeding programs.

Many clients operate self-replacing Fullblood herds, while others are focused on producing high-performance F1 feeder cattle for long-fed Wagyu programs. Buyers come from a diverse range of production environments, from northern pastoral systems through to intensive southern breeding operations.

Ultimately, they’re all chasing the same outcome: genetics that consistently deliver improved marbling, growth, fertility and commercial profitability. Because the genetics offered through Marble High are backed by extensive commercial performance data buyers can invest with confidence knowing these cattle have been selected to perform throughout the entire supply chain.
