This pivotal Senior Station Hand position is based primarily at a secondary block, approximately 1 hour from the main property. The successful candidate will assume responsibility for the comprehensive, day-to-day operations of the Coolatai block, looking after a mob of 1,000 head of agistment cattle alongside 500 to 800 dry trade cattle. Key duties are centred on all aspects of low-stress cattle handling, diligently implementing a structured rotation-grazing system, and actively assisting with the ongoing development and creation of additional smaller paddocks.
