Reporting to the General Manager – Agriculture Services, you will take ownership of BRA’s specialist seed operation and lead a small permanent and casual team. Your key responsibilities will include: Leading, training and organising the seed operations team; Coordinating cleaning, treating, sorting, packing and dispatch; Maintaining quality, traceability, inventory and accurate records; Managing customer orders, schedules, logistics and communication; Overseeing plant, equipment and maintenance requirements; Working with agronomy, field production and R&D on pyrethrum seed crops; Improving processes and supporting the growth of seed services.
