A family-owned business based in Corinella, NSW, our client has spent the last five to six years establishing their dual-farm operation.
This pivotal position offers an ambitious individual the opportunity to immerse themselves in the day-to-day strategic planning and operational execution of a 3500-acre agricultural enterprise whilst working alongside a small team of casual employees. As you work closely with the ownership team, you will take charge of diverse responsibilities, including undertaking all elements of the cropping cycle as well as high-precision tractor and laser bucket work, while overseeing overhead and bankless irrigation systems that underpin the productivity of the summer cropping program. You will also take ownership of the maintenance and repair of all farm machinery and site infrastructure.
