FRIENDS and colleagues of the late John Kilroy are invited to a memorial gathering marking his life in Brisbane on 21 July.

A much-loved Brisbane restaurateur and deeply committed supporter of the Australian beef industry, John passed away after a lengthy battle with cancer on Monday.

A private family service is planned, but friends and colleagues are invited to a gathering to celebrate his life at Richard Deery’s Story Bridge Hotel in Kangaroo Point, close to the city, on Tuesday 21 July from 10am AEST.

A eulogy will be delivered from around 11am, but friends are invited to attend as time suits throughout the day.

The Story Bridge Hotel is located at 200 Main Street, Kangaroo Point, Brisbane.
