Twenty young stock agents from all over Queensland have spent the past two days attending the annual Australian Livestock and Property Agents Association's Queensland young auctioneers school at the Gracemere selling complex near Rockampton.

From the 20 participants 10 finalists were selected to contest the Queensland State Final of the ALPA Young Auctioneers Competition, to be held at this year's Royal Queensland Show in August. 

The Queensland finalists are:
