Our client has multiple farming operations in Northern Vic, NSW and Qld, and their operation in Central Victoria of 4400Ha has a combination of production activities including broadacre cropping, permanent horticulture (olives), livestock and regenerative based product manufacture.
The Technical / Grove Manager is be accountable for the operating performance of a 1,000Ha Grove alongside the Grove Manager. To be successful in this role, you will have a current drivers licence and ideally have held a similar production or technical focused role in permanent tree crops and / or horticulture. This is an opportunity for a graduate who is interested in production based horticulture and is looking to be mentored into a management role.
