Station manager, Glenore – Stanbroke

Stanbroke is a privately-owned, vertically integrated beef producer with six cattle stations covering 1.2m ha in Queensland’s Gulf Country, plus backgrounding and lotfeeding operations further south.

As Station Manager at Glenore, you will oversee the station’s daily operations, with a strong focus on team leadership and livestock performance. Your role will be pivotal in creating a safe, productive, and collaborative environment while managing all aspects of station operations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and managing a team of station employees and contractors with a focus on safety and well-being
• Driving a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with WH&S regulations
• Overseeing cattle operations, including mustering, husbandry, and stock movements
• Monitoring and maintaining water systems, fencing, and station infrastructure
• Implementing effective grazing and pasture management strategies
• Managing budgets, reporting, and adhering to company policies
