This family-owned and operated enterprise has experienced significant growth over the past four years, doubling both its land size and production of irrigated cotton, as well as broadacre crops such as cereals, pulses, and oilseeds.
As a senior farmhand, the candidate should be familiar with and confident in performing tasks related to the cultivation of irrigated row crops and cereal crops. This includes but is not limited to, tillage work, hilling up rows, cultivating, applying fertiliser, spraying, planting, siphon irrigating, and harvesting. The candidate must be capable of working independently or as part of a small team and should be motivated by job satisfaction and the completion of tasks in an efficient and effective manner.
