The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for the commercial success of an Account Management team. They will also enjoy face-to-face interaction on-farm, while completing field activities aimed at identifying mutually beneficial commercial opportunities in soil fertility and plant nutrition. This will involve leading by example in customer service, business development, administration, and logistics. It will also involve setting sales plans, forecasting, and weekly meetings – to ensure delivery across the team.
