An exciting opportunity exists for a Team Leader to join Council’s Regional Livestock Exchange team. The position provides supervision and administration and operations of the Swan Hill Regional Livestock Exchange.
Reporting to the Roads and Projects Engineer, the position will be responsible for the following: Supervise daily operations of the Livestock Exchange to ensure it’s well-presented for sales; Organise staff, materials, and equipment to complete tasks efficiently, within budget, and on time; Assist in developing annual budgets and monitor financial performance against the budget; Provide advice on livestock handling to Agents, Vendors, and stakeholders according to standards; Advise on marketing trends and promote business growth; Maintain NSQA and MSA accreditations.
