Mort & Co is a leading Agriculture business with a rich history of growth and expansion. Our commitment to being leaders in the agriculture sector has seen the launch of a new cotton seed de-oiling plant. It is in a state-of-the-art facility, based out our Grassdale Feedlot, we dehull and refine cotton seed, to produce cotton seed hulls, de-oiled cotton seed meat and refined cotton seed oil, ensuring nothing is wasted.
Having proven the demand for these products, we are now looking to expand our operations to a continuous 24-hour production and are seeking team members to join our newly expanded 24/7 shifts, working on a rotating 12 hour shift.
Previous production experience is preferred but not essential. However, you will need to have the ability to understand manufacturing processes, including:- Operating machinery; Identify and report equipment faults; Maintenance of records; Active involvement in reducing risks and hazards, and improving quality; General housekeeping and site duties.
