Western Meat Processors Abattoir are a family owned company. The beef only Abattoir is situated in Cowaramup, within the Augusta Margaret River Shire. A Position has become available within the business for a Maintenance Manager who will oversee all aspects of the maintenance program.
The role requirements include: Leading a team of under 6 maintenance personnel; Overseeing and managing the installation of equipment; Total preventative maintenance, managing breakdowns for both mechanical and electrical equipment; Increasing the site overall equipment effectiveness; Identifying opportunities for improvement; Coordinating work performed by outside contractors and service providers; Participation in site audits; Ensuring all maintenance tasks comply with OHS policies and procedures.
