Harvest Road Group’s Minderoo Station is located near Onslow in the Pilbara region of WA. The Livestock Team Leader plays a key role in facilitating and leading livestock activities across the Minderoo aggregation.
Responsibilities include: Lead a stock camp of 5-8 members, guiding them through horse and cattle handling and husbandrypractices, fencing, machinery operation, and general station maintenance; Oversee all mustering and processing requirements; Commitment to safe working practices and animal welfare; Record and communicate necessary livestock data in an accurate and legible manner; Work closely with the management team to ensure all requirements are met, keeping the big picture in mind.
