Reporting into the General Manager, the Lead Grain Market Advisor will support the existing leadership team, by providing bespoke grains advice to a sophisticated client group. This will involve: Developing and executing an ongoing comprehensive strategic business plan, tailored for the Australian grains sector; Working closely with an existing network of corporate and high-net-worth clients; Developing a detailed understanding of each client’s key underlying drivers, strategic objectives personalised to our clients’ needs; Capability to execute a targeted grain marketing strategy that delivers commercial certainty and sustainable performance for growers; Translating local, national and global market trends, knowledge and developments, into informed insights that build grower composure in the market.
