This exciting role will see you will lead and manage cost-effective Food Solutions operations that meets the business strategy, organisational targets, and quality standards; whilst emphasising workplace health and safety, food/hygiene safety, Department of Agriculture and other required legislative compliance.

Key responsibilities: Design, develop and lead the build of a world class value add facility; Design and lead the right people structure/quality systems to enable the operation of a multi-protein Value Add facility; Ensure Food Solutions operations strategy is a key enabler of the overall company strategy.
