General Manager Sales & Marketing, Perth – WA
Our client is an Australian owned supplier and manufacturer, dedicated to supporting farmers, mechanics, contract harvesters, dealers and reseller groups, nationally.
Reporting to the Chair, the General Manager, Sales & Marketing will be responsible for the maintenance and growth of the business nationally. This will involve: Leading, motivating and mentoring the sales, marketing and supply-chain business functions; Identifying growth opportunities by analysing market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity – to develop dynamic sales and marketing strategies; Using CRM tools to track client interactions, pipeline and inventory; Building and maintaining trusted relationships with farmers, suppliers, distributers and industry groups (some travel expected); Providing consistent brand messaging across all channels, including digital and social media; Representing the business at industry events, field days, conferences and networking functions.
