Our client has an exciting opportunity for a proven leader to join this large, rapidly expanding, innovative and progressive family-owned company as Farm Manager. The farm that will become your pride and joy under your direction is located only 30 minutes Southwest of Keith in the productive upper Southeast region of SA, less than an hour drive to the coast.
You will have considerable autonomy and be responsible for assisting in developing the overall production direction where your thoughts and ideas will be highly regarded. You will be responsible for all day-to-day management including mentoring staff, ensuring all stock are healthy, productive, and utilising the total feed resource to achieve optimal farm performance.
